Who We Are
Our Mission Statement
At Pathway Church, our mission describes why we are here. It is the reason for which God created us, placed us on this planet, and in this community. We believe that God has called us to Be One, Bring One, Build One.

Be One
At Pathway we believe that God has called us to be people who are actively pursuing a relationship with Him and growing to become more fully devoted followers
of Christ.

Bring One
We believe that God has commissioned us to bring others into relationship with Him. We seek to be a place where people can bring friends, family and co-workers to hear how they can begin their own faith journey.

Build One
At Pathway Church we strive to help other believers grow in their relationship with God, working together in community to build one another up and support each other as fellow believers on the same journey.
What We Believe
Below are some of the questions first time guests frequently ask us. If you don’t see your question below, feel free to reach out to us directly and we will be happy to help.
About God
We believe there is one God, who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator and Ruler of the universe, loves us and wants a personal relationship with us.
About Mankind
People are created in the image of God and are the supreme object of God’s creation. Therefore, we are endowed with many good traits and can accomplish much good. But each of us also experiences the inability to do right all the time. We act and have thoughts that are not good, and we are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God. The Bible identifies this as our sin nature which separates us from God.
About Jesus
Jesus was miraculously born of a young virgin girl for two reasons. First, to show us what God is like. Second, to pay the penalty that our sins deserved so that we could have a personal relationship with God. These two things were accomplished because Jesus was both God and human. He lived a sinless life. After His torturous death on a cross, He came back to life on the third day. Later, He returned to Heaven. At some point in the future, He will return to earth.
About Salvation
Beginning a personal relationship with God is referred to as “salvation.” It is not something you earn by your good deeds. Since Jesus died for your sins and came back to life, He offers this salvation as a free gift, not to be earned but to be received by faith.
About the Bible
Nature reveals that God is powerful and that He is brilliant and has a great imagination. But God wants us to know His character, that He is holy, just, loving, compassionate, and merciful. He also wants all mankind of every generation in every nation to know about Jesus. The Bible is the means by which we learn these things. It is completely trustworthy and shows us how to live life well at every age.

Our Vision
Our vision describes what we believe God desires for the Pathway spiritual family to pursue and become.
We endeavor to be a healthy, growing church in obedience to the Bible and to glorify God. We will develop disciples and leaders through community worship gatherings, smaller Pathway Groups and Bible studies, and in one-to-one settings. We will reach out to all age groups, ethnic groups, and segments of our community without distinction. We will seek to bring all people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, help them grow in Biblical obedience, and equip them to serve in our church and world. We will emphasize outreach to unchurched families and be committed to personal financial involvement in evangelism and spiritual growth, both locally and around the world.
Our Values
Values shape our church’s culture. Here are a few that top our list:
Worship: God is to be loved and worshipped with all of our heart and passion.
Truth: All that we teach, believe and strive to live flow from God’s Word.
Freedom: Everyone needs to find true spiritual freedom in Jesus, and in safe gatherings of openness and honesty.
Service: True purpose, fulfillment and impact are found in serving others as Jesus did.
Honor: Giving our very best honors God and inspires others.
Acceptance: Warmth and friendliness is shown to everyone who comes through our doors.
